CEWE PHOTOBOOK FAQs:

Answers:

How Many Photos Does a CEWE PHOTOBOOK Hold? [Back]

There is no limit on this in the software. You can add as many photos as you like.Nevertheless, consider the effect this will have on the viewer. Less is often more. A smaller number of large photos often looks better than several small photos.Tip: use larger photos, and consider adding an extra page or two. This way your photos will still look good on their own in years to come.

How Do I Change the Paper Type? [Back]

You can choose your paper type using the product feature "Paper type".Open up the "Product Specifications" dialogue (bottom right in the software or the icon on the toolbar) and you can choose an available paper type from the selection menu.

What's the Difference Between Digital Printing Paper and Photo Paper? [Back]

The CEWE PHOTOBOOK is available in various finishes and with various paper types and surfaces. However, not all paper types and surfaces are available in all formats.

You can choose from:

Choose from the various categories and pick the format of your choice.

How Do I Save My CEWE PHOTOBOOK? [Back]

You can save your CEWE PHOTOBOOK in the following ways: In the toolbar, click on the button "Save". With this icon, you can save your product at any stage in the editing process. Save this product for the first time. A dialogue box will then open up, which allows you to specify where you want to save your product and how to name the files. Or "Save as". Like "Save", but you can give the product a different file name or select a different directory, for example to create a copy of your product, or to archive different versions or stages in the editing process.

Can I Change the Photobook Format I've Chosen? [Back]

You can change the size, cover and paper options of existing CEWE PHOTOBOOKS after you have started creating them. However, you can only change the size of the photobook within the limitations of its orientation, i.e.: A photobook in portrait format can only be turned into another portrait format, a square photo book can only be turned into a square format and a landscape format can only be turned into a landscape format. Open the "Product Specifications" dialogue in the program (bottom right in the software or the icon on the toolbar). The dialogue "Product Specifications" will open. The covers and paper types available for this photobook format can be chosen here. Clicking on "Change size" in the bottom left under "Product Specifications" shows you all the photobook types that are compatible with your current photobook project, including prices. Click on the photobook type you want and confirm with "OK"; a warning will then appear informing you on the effects of your change (possible restrictions to number of pages, etc.). If you continue, your photobook will be converted into the new photobook type.

In rare cases, when you change your photobook, this can have some unexpected effects:

  • changing the font size can cause text to be broken up into different places and therefore no longer fit in your text box.
  • Changing the cover may also change the amount of space for the text on the spine. Or maybe create space for text on the spine that wasn't there previously.
  • The maximum number of pages for the new photobook type can be less than for the previous type and so there may not be enough pages at the end.
  • Small changes to the aspect ratio can move the image detail in the photo placeholder.

Please note the warnings and check your photobook carefully after you have changed it.

How Do I Change the Cover? [Back]

You can change the cover by using the "Cover" field found in the product specifications. To do so, click the triangle. The selection menu will open. Now you can select a different cover. However, be aware that already customised cover pages and maybe even the maximum number of pages may also change!

How Do I Open a Saved CEWE PHOTOBOOK? [Back]

The header bar of the software contains the button "Open". Here you can open projects that you have already started and continue to edit them. Your most recently modified projects will be listed immediately, so you can open them with one click.

Can I Save a Photobook Project That I Have Started, Then Load It at a Later Point for Editing? [Back]

This function is right below the workspace on the right-hand side next to the zoom control. It provides a full-screen preview of the product page. In the preview, there is a button in the same place with which you can close the preview.

How Do I Create a CEWE PHOTOBOOK? [Back]

There are two ways to create a CEWE PHOTOBOOK. Automatic creation using the Assistant or manual editing. Please also see the answer to the following questions: "How do I Create a CEWE PHOTOBOOK Using the Assistant?"

What Does the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant Do? [Back]

The CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant is an application that helps the user create a photobook quickly and automatically. The CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant produces suggestions for customisation in three stages, and these suggestions can be manually altered later: the order of the pages, the page layout of the pages, the backgrounds, the photos.

How Do I Select Photos Using the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant? [Back]

In the first step of the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant, you must select the photos you would like to include in your photobook. On the left-hand side of the Assistant, you can select the photos or entire photo directories for the Assistant and drag these into the centre area "Photos in the photo book". You can remove individual photos or add additional photos to your selection at a later stage.

How Do I Turn on the Settings to Make Sure the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant Chooses My Preferred Photos? [Back]

Under the photos you have selected, you will find "Options for automatic selection of photos". To open up the options, click on the small triangle. Then adjust the settings as to whether you want the Assistant to prioritise faces, landscapes or the best photos (according to your evaluation).

Does the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant Use the Photos According to the Way I Have Sorted Them? [Back]

On the left-hand side of the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant, you will find a photo file browser with which you can select photos and/or entire directories. Drag the photos or directories into the empty middle section of the Assistant. They will be pasted into and displayed in this section. You can adjust the settings as to whether you want your photos sorted by date taken (chronologically), file name (alphabetically) or your evaluation. If you choose to sort your photos by time, they will be merged in groups according to chronological periods and distributed across the photobook pages. Sorting by file name is suitable for photos that are well pre-sorted on the hard drive or for pictures that have not been taken with a digital camera (scanned in, from an image CD etc., i.e. basically analogue photos that have been digitalised somehow). The grouping and sorting takes place alphabetically based firstly on the directory name and secondly on the file name. Sorting by file name enables you to influence and specify the order and distribution of the photos on the pages in advance by means of number prefixes in the names of the folders and photos. To select photos by their rating, please choose the minimum number of stars your selected photos should have. You should preferably use the corresponding function in the PHOTOSHOW for this.

How Do I Set the Number of Pages and the Number of Photos Per Page in the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant? [Back]

Among the photos you have selected, you will find two scroll bars to adjust the number of photos per page and to specify the number of pages. Depending on the number of photos that have been pasted, the Assistant will fill the photobook in the optimum way. The level indicator is then entirely green, meaning all photos are being used. If you then increase the page number with the scroll bar, the number of photos per page will decrease automatically. If you reduce the number of pages, the number of photos per page will also increase. However, if you increase the number of photos per page using the relevant scroll bar, the number of pages will stay the same, but the progress bar will become partly white, meaning that a few pages are empty at the end of the photobook. If you reduce the number of photos per page, the page number will also remain unchanged, but a part of the progress bar will become red. This is the number of your photos which the Assistant is automatically rejecting and which will not be used. The rejected photos are then marked with a cross so you can identify them. You can also restore these photos and/or manually reject other photos. Your photobook is filled to the optimum level when the level indicator is completely green.

How Do I Create a CEWE PHOTOBOOK Using the Assistant? [Back]

The intelligent CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant is a special function. It helps you to quickly find and select your saved images on the hard drive or a CD, and helps you with difficult and time-consuming tasks by carrying them out for you! With the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant, you can create your CEWE PHOTOBOOK with relatively little effort. You can turn off the Assistant at any time by clicking on "Create without the assistant". To use the Assistant, follow these three steps:

1st Step
Choose The Photos You Want to Appear in Your CEWE PHOTOBOOK.

On the left-hand side of the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant, you will find a photo file browser with which you can select photos and/or entire directories. Drag the photos or directories into the empty middle section of the Assistant. They will be pasted into and displayed in this section. You can select several photos and/or directories and paste them at the same time, or drag them at the same time. You can adjust the settings as to whether you want your photos sorted by date taken (chronologically) or file name (alphabetically).

Tip:

Imagine you have a directory called "France" with the photos "img1004", "img1005" and "img1006", and you have a directory called "Asia" with the photos "pic1100", "pic1101" and "pic1102"; the photos will first be grouped according to the directories and the group with the "pic..." photos will come before the group with the "img..." photos, even though alphabetically "i" comes before "p". If you would like to sort the directories (and thus the photo groups) in a different order, because you were in France before you were in Asia, then rename the directories by using a number prefix, e.g. "01France" and "02Asia". Then the photos from the "01France" directory will appear before the photos from the "02Asia" directory in the photobook, because 1 comes before 2.

Caution:

In alphabetical sorting, "1_Filename" comes after "11_Filename", therefore two-digit "01_Filename", or if you have more than 99 folders or photo files in a folder, three digits = "001_Filename".

When you have selected the photos for your CEWE PHOTOBOOK, the Assistant will suggest the optimum page number and the average number of photos per page. The number of pages, photos per page and status indicator will be displayed below in the Assistant window. You can now change the number of photos per page and the number of pages using the scroll bar in the bottom window area. The number of photos that no longer fit on the photobook pages are automatically rejected and the status bar at the bottom turns red. The photos that have been selected are given a green cross, the photos that have been rejected and will not be used are given a red cross. The selection of photos can now be checked manually. You can find the commands "Add selected images to your CEWE PHOTOBOOK" (green tick on photo), "Remove selected images from your CEWE PHOTOBOOK" (red cross on photo) and "Remove selected objects" (disappears from the list of photos, the photo file is not deleted) at the bottom in the photo previews or in their dropdown menus. In the "Settings" under the status bar (click on the small arrow icon), you can adjust the settings to determine which photos should automatically be selected for the CEWE PHOTOBOOK. You can choose from "Faces", "Landscapes" and "Best Photos". "Best Photos" prioritises photos which you have given a high rating (several "stars").

2nd Step
Choose a Style for Your CEWE PHOTOBOOK.

Styles are a tool in the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant to help you have your own individual influence on the personalisation of the photobook. Styles consist of backgrounds and rules for backgrounds, rules for the automatic selection of page layouts, as well as coloured border and shadow settings for the images. You will find several style templates among the tabs sorted by theme. Click on "Preview" among the thumbnails and you will see examples of pages customised according to the selected style. You can find out how to work with the styles in detail and how you can create your own styles or change existing ones in the chapter "Design styles". An introduction to the style editor would go beyond the scope of this page.

3rd Step
Specify Cover and Title

In the lines "Book title" and "Subtitle", enter the name of your CEWE PHOTOBOOK. The title will then appear on the front cover and spine for books with hardcovers and softcovers, and only on the title page for booklet covers. The subtitle will only be used if a suitable page layout with a second text box on the cover is available. With a click on the thumbnails of the binding, choose whether you would like your finished CEWE PHOTOBOOK to have a hard, soft, linen or faux leather cover, or whether you would prefer it to be produced as a booklet. (if available).

Create a CEWE PHOTOBOOK

Click on the "Create Now" button and the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant is activated and automatically adds the photos, page layouts and backgrounds to the photo book. You can then adjust your CEWE PHOTOBOOK according to your wishes. You will learn how to do this in the chapter "The CEWE PHOTOBOOK".

Note on the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant.

The CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant is intended to help you create a photobook quickly and automatically. As a result, you will have limited control over the way the photobook looks and the distribution of the photos, and it is possible the result is not how you expected or how you would like. Therefore, the photobook often needs to be checked manually. Everything can be manually altered later: the order of the pages, the page layout of the pages, the backgrounds, the photos. Consider the pages created by the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant as a suggestion and outline, and identify what you can work with. Whether you use any of it, and what you use, is left up to your creativity, which no computer in the world can replace.

What Is a Style? [Back]

With the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant, you can select a certain style in which the Assistant should create the photobook, or create your own style. Styles consist of backgrounds and rules for backgrounds, rules for the automatic selection of page layouts, as well as coloured border and shadow settings for the images. You will find several style templates among the tabs sorted by theme. When you click on the relevant tab, a preview opens up underneath that displays all of the styles that would suit the selected theme. Click on the desired style and then click "Next".

Download more styles
In the bottom left-hand corner of the window there is a button where you can download additional background packages from a package that we hold on our servers.

Can I Create My Own Styles? [Back]

You can change the style templates according to your own settings. - Or you can design your own new style. If you want to check, create or change styles, there are five editor tools in the bottom right-hand corner:

Preview

If you click on this icon, a new window opens. This shows you examples of combinations of page layouts and backgrounds for the style. You can close the preview window by clicking on "OK" or "Cancel" buttons.

New

If you click on this icon, a new window will open up in which you can specify the details of the style to be created.

You can choose from the following tabs:

Name - In this window you can specify a name for your new style. It can then be saved under this name and will then be available later alongside the pre-installed styles. You should also write a short explanatory description of your style.
Page Layout - There are five different methods available that you can use for the Assistant to automatically order your photos on the pages of your CEWE PHOTOBOOK. Take note of the thumbnails.
Full Coverage - Borderless and with no gap between the photos, no page background visible.
Overlapping - With photos in straight alignment that overlap partially or fully.
High Coverage - Large photos, only a small amount of page background visible. Usually with the same-sized gap to the margin and between the photos.
Angled - Page layouts with at least one angled (slightly rotated) photo placeholder. Partially overlapping at times, often looks like photos that have been "thrown on".
Irregular - Photos arranged loosely across the page, lots of background of the page visible.

You can choose the parameters by highlighting the selection fields. They can be freely combined with each other. If for example "High coverage" and "Irregular" are selected together, some pages will be covered with photos to a large extent and some pages will have photos loosely arranged across them.

Backgrounds (Rules)

Here you can specify the rules according to which the Assistant should independently select the backgrounds for your CEWE PHOTOBOOK. The foundation for the Assistant's background selection is an automatic colour analysis of your photos. This means attention will be paid as to whether the colours of the backgrounds match the colours of the photos. It is therefore possible that the Assistant does not use all the backgrounds available in the chosen style. You can swap or add to all the backgrounds in your CEWE PHOTOBOOK whenever you come to edit it.

You can choose from the following options:
- White
- Black
- All solid colour backgrounds
- Your photos as backgrounds
- All from category (with a dropdown list of the background categories currently installed)

You can choose one or several options at the same time. If you do not choose any option, all backgrounds will automatically be shown as white. Your own photo will always be chosen as a background if an event (see "The CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant") covers at least one double page. In all other cases, one of the other options chosen by you will be selected. You can also specify the colours and colour intensity for all multi-colour backgrounds in this window. On the right-hand side you will see a colour palette, the colours and intensity of which can be indicated on the pages like in a coordinate system. The colour settings indicated are used by the Assistant to customise the backgrounds.

Backgrounds (Clearly Defined)

In this window you can select individual pre-prepared backgrounds for your CEWE PHOTOBOOK. In the top left-hand corner, you can choose the categories from a dropdown menu under which the backgrounds can be stored by theme. If you click on a theme, the column below will show all the backgrounds in this category. Highlight the chosen backgrounds with the mouse. Then click on the arrow on the right, and the backgrounds will appear in the right-hand column which was previously empty. Here you can create a collection of the backgrounds which the Assistant should use for your CEWE PHOTOBOOK. If you would like to remove a background from this selection, highlight it with the mouse and click on the arrow on the left.

Shadows

A simulated shadow will make your photos appear more animated and three-dimensional on the pages of your CEWE PHOTOBOOK. Click on the "Shadow" selection field in the top left-hand corner. This activates the shadow settings. Using a control that you turn with the mouse, specify the direction of the shadow. You can see the effect in the large preview window on the right. At the top above the preview you will find two fields in which you can enter the numerical values: You can enter the distance of the shadow from the object in millimetres. The intensity (the darkness) of the shadow is set as a percentage. If you set the intensity at 100%, the shadow is opaque black. The minimum value is 1%. The shadow is then almost white. Therefore the lower the percentage, the paler the shadow. Your changes will be visible straight away in the preview.

Frame

In this dialogue, you can turn coloured borders on and off and specify the width and colour of borders to be placed around photos. You can adjust the border thickness in 0.1 mm increments, i.e. if you enter "3" you will have a border of 0.3 mm and not 3 mm! You can set the colour of the border by clicking on the colour field. A new window will appear with a palette containing the basic colours on the left-hand side, from which you can choose a colour. On the right is the colour spectrum which you can use to mix any new colour of your choice. Simply click on the desired place in the spectrum. Alternatively, you can also enter the numerical value underneath the spectrum. Then click on "OK" in the bottom right. This defines the coloured border.

Can I Mix Different Styles? [Back]

Only one style can be selected at any one time. It is not possible to mix different styles, however you can create your own style via "My Styles" and by using the functions "New" or "Edit". This enables you to create your own personal content. However, you can run the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Assistant several times in a row using the "Add more photos" option and choose a different style each time.

Can I Start the Assistant During Editing? [Back]

The Assistant can also be used to customise parts of the CEWE PHOTOBOOK. Click on the "Assistant" button in the toolbar under general tools. This launches the function. Now you can select:

  1. Create new project - The Assistant will then create a completely new proposal for your CEWE PHOTOBOOK.Caution: Everything will be overwritten!
  2. Add more photos - This will attach new content to pages that have already been created, and nothing will be overwritten. You can then use other settings for the Assistant, e.g. a different style.

How Do I Select Photos Manually? [Back]

Manually adding photos in the workspace using the traditional means of photo selection gives you the best possible control over the selection of your photos. Using the directory browser in the selection area, open up the directory containing your photos. Highlight the thumbnail of the desired photo in the selection area and drag it into the workspace holding the left-hand mouse button down. The dropdown menu (right mouse click on the photo preview in the photo explorer) contains various sorting options, including alphabetical (by name) and chronological (by date created). If you select "Sort by colour", then the photos from the current directory will be displayed in a separate program window in groups ordered by colour mood. Click on the "Use selected photo" button and the selected photo will be transferred to the active placeholder. Photos that are already being used in the product will be indicated by means of a tick on the thumbnail in the selection area. You can drag a photo into the workspace several times, e.g. if you want to expose it in a different size, or you want to edit the same photo using different functions in the photoshow. You also have a variety of assistants available to use.
For more details refer to the chapters covering the respective assistants.

Note:

If you would like to use the pre-installed page layouts, I recommend that in the "Settings" (see the chapter "Settings"), you set the editor so that the photo is adjusted to fit the placeholder. This is the "Maintain frame size, crop and centre the photo" setting. If, however, the placeholders are adjusted to fit the photo, then the gaps and aspect ratios of the frames will no longer be correct. You can specify good image details at a later stage by panning and zooming images within the layout frame. On the other hand if you would like to add your photos in their original aspect ratio, I recommend that in the "Settings" (see the chapter "Settings"), you set the editor so that the placeholder adjusts to fit your photo. This is the "Change frame size/shape to fit whole image" setting.

What Does It Mean if There Is a Green Tick Mark Next to a Photo in the Image Selection? [Back]

Photos that have already been added to the CEWE PHOTOBOOK have a green tick in the selection area. This is the optical information: "PHOTO already in CEWE PHOTOBOOK".

Can I Classify My Photos Differently in the Selection Area? [Back]

I can order my photos in the selection area on the left. To do so, right-click on a photo. A window will open up and here you have three sorting options:

  1. Sort by date taken
  2. Sort by time taken
  3. Sort by rating

What Does the Warning Triangle Mean? [Back]

In the photo:
If the resolution is too low, a warning will appear within the photo. Please drag the photo into a smaller placeholder, or reduce the placeholder or the photo within the placeholder (if it is an enlarged image detail), or choose a different photo with a higher resolution. Please observe the quality indicator.

In the text box:
The text no longer fits entirely in the text box. Use less text or a smaller font, or enlarge the text box (drag further).

On a Locr map (only in the photobook):
You have changed the size of the map and the map section needs to be recalculated. Double-click on the map and the "Map section" window will open up. The map detail will be recalculated automatically (this may take some time) and you can then "Apply" it.

What Does the Quality Indicator (Smiley) Mean? [Back]

The software gives you an optimum overview to enable you to assess the quality status of your photos. If a photo is transferred, the coloured smileys will indicate whether the image resolution is optimal for the selected product.

A green smiley means: The photo resolution is high enough to achieve a good quality result. There will therefore not be any loss of quality with the photo at this size.

A yellow smiley means: The photo resolution is not optimal to achieve a good quality result. This means you should either expect some loss of quality with the photo at this size, or reduce the photo.

A red source text smiley means: The resolution is too low to achieve a good quality result. (This is also indicated by a "Warning!" icon in the photo itself.).  You should not use the photo at this size, as it will be of significantly reduced visual quality. You should therefore either reduce the photo or use a different photo of higher resolution.

How Do I Rotate Photos and Text? [Back]

You can rotate objects in the workspace within the CEWE PHOTOBOOK software (placeholders, photos, text boxes, clipart), either in 90° steps using the corresponding buttons or menu commands, or freely by clicking and dragging the rotation handle of a frame.

How Do I Scale Photos? [Back]

Left-click on the desired image field. The corner and side handles are now visible outside the image field.

Scale evenly:
Click and hold the left mouse button on a corner handle and drag it towards the centre of the image or in the opposite direction.
The aspect ratio of the image field will thus remain unchanged.

Scale unevenly:
If you would like to scale the image field in one direction only, i.e. to change just the height or the width, you can do this using the side handles. Click and hold the left mouse button on one of the side handles and drag it to the centre of the image or in the opposite direction.
If you use the right or left handle, then the image field will remain the same height.
If you use the top or bottom handle, the width will remain unchanged.

Can I Swap Photos Around within a Page Layout? [Back]

Yes. If you hold down the mouse button and drag a photo on a photobook page into a different placeholder, the contents of the two placeholders will be swapped.

How Do I Select an Image Detail? [Back]

You can create an image detail by combining the size of the layout frame, the zoom factor ("Reduce Image" / "Enlarge Image") of the added photo and the position of the photo within the placeholder. Check the quality indicator in the toolbar (smiley).

Here is an example of the procedure:

Add the original photo

Reduce the placeholder

Move the picture motif to the centre

Zoom in

Move the picture motif into the centre again

Reduce the frame again slightly

Now the image fills the picture nicely.

The placeholder does not necessarily need to be reduced. Here is an example of how the same photo can look if you zoom and pan (the placeholder has not been changed):

Simply zoom and pan the result

Is It Possible to Arrange Photos in Several Overlapping Layers? [Back]

Placeholders can overlap and cover each other partially. You can control the order in which the frames lie on top of each other, i.e. which frame is in the foreground and which is in the background of the page layout, by using the commands "Move object one level forward" and "Move object one level back" (as icons in the toolbar). Text frames are always in the foreground and can be moved around but never behind a photo.

How Do I Edit a Photo in the Photobook? [Back]

Double-click on the photo of your choice in the photobook and this will open up the CEWE PHOTOSHOW, which contains all the photo editing functions that are both useful and necessary for the photobook. However, to take advantage of the full functionality of the CEWE PHOTOSHOW, you will need to start the program independently.

How Do I Add a Map to a CEWE PHOTOBOOK? [Back]

To customise travel/holiday photobooks, for example, you can now add in maps as images directly from "locrMaps". For an individualised map section, simply enter your chosen location. You can choose from several map display styles.

"New Map" Icon

Do you like to have a map to remind you of places you have visited, or of where you took a particular photo? Well, now you can add maps into your photobook.

NB: Adding a map will incur an extra charge. Please note the price indicated.

Click on the "New map" icon and a dialogue will open in which you can choose a map.

Specify Map Section

First specify the map section on the left-hand side. It will be easier to choose a map section if you enter a search term. Use the mouse to pan the map section and the buttons in the top left-hand corner of the map or the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out. This way you will be able to specify a map section.

Select Map Style

Once you are happy with the map section, choose a style for the map from the centre of the dialogue. There are currently two styles available, but more may be added in the future.

Take this map of central Europe as an example

The first style corresponds to a topographical map. The second style is taken from a general geographical map.

Click on "Apply" or on the style icon to see a preview of the map on the right. This process may last up to several minutes depending on the map section. Don't worry if this happens. Click "Transfer" to add a large-scale version of the map to the left-hand page in the PHOTOBOOK. You can then scale and pan the map. However, the map is recalculated each time the size is changed and you will need to re-apply the style.

Notes

The map shown in the CEWE PHOTOBOOK is clearly of poor picture quality. You will only be shown a low-resolution "Thumbnail" in order to keep the amount of data and thus the download waiting time to a minimum. This is because locr needs to create and download a new thumbnail each time changes are made to the map section. When you order the CEWE PHOTOBOOK, this thumbnail is replaced by a high-resolution map for production. This reduces your download waiting time to a minimum.

In the expanded area:

"Place Map as a Background ..."

Using these icons, you can add a large-scale map as a background on the left-hand page, right-hand page, or across an entire double page spread. Otherwise the steps are the same as for the "New map" function.

How Do I Add a Video or Pictures from a Video to a CEWE PHOTOBOOK? [Back]

You can find a comprehensive answer to this question in the chapter "Procedural steps - working with videos".

How Do I Re-order My CEWE PHOTOBOOK in a Different Size or Paper Type? [Back]

First, please make sure you have saved your CEWE PHOTOBOOK. ("Save file" icon in the toolbar). If you want to re-order your CEWE PHOTOBOOK as it is, simply put it in your basket and click "Add products". Upload your saved CEWE PHOTOBOOK using "File" in the header menu. Using the product specifications section (as previously described), you can change the specifications and type of your CEWE PHOTOBOOK. You can then add it your shopping cart. Finally, you can order the content of your basket or add more products, including this CEWE PHOTOBOOK in a different format.
